IoT Flow status and statistics reporting issue

Incident resolved.

Earlier today, a control-plane issue prevented the Iot-Flow API from correctly retrieving IoT Flow connection statuses and statistics. As a result, some information reported by the API was inaccurate and new creation or deletion were possible.

IoT Flow connections remained stable globally, with a few exceptions, in particular between 10:30 and 11:00 UTC. The incident primarily affected status visibility and statistical reporting rather than the underlying connections.

We are continuing to closely monitor the situation.
