Updates
The ingestion delay of device traffic into our database has been resolved following the temporary fix applied earlier.
Current status:
- Ingestion has caught up, and Wireless Logger, statistics, and new device creations are now operating normally.
- The system is fully functional, but we will continue close monitoring to ensure stability.
- A permanent fix is planned and will be deployed at a later stage to prevent recurrence.

A temporary fix has been applied to mitigate the ingestion delay of device traffic into our database.
Current status:
- Device traffic continues to be delivered normally to application servers.
- Wireless Logger data, statistics, and new device creations are progressively catching up.
- Full ingestion recovery is expected within the next 1 to 2 hours.
- Our team is closely monitoring system behavior and a permanent fix will implemented.

Since 01:00 UTC, we have been experiencing a delay in the ingestion of device traffic into our database.
Impact:
Device traffic itself remains unaffected and continues to be properly delivered to the application servers. However, data displayed in Wireless Logger and related statistics may appear delayed. Additionally, new device creations may take longer than usual to be processed.
