EU PROD - IoT-Flow incident

Between 14:30 and 15:00 UTC, a configuration change unexpectedly caused a service outage towards IoT-Flow connections.

The issue has been identified and resolved, and services are now operating normally. The traffic has been quickly catch up around 15:00.
