Delay in statistics display

Issue was resolved.

On the EU ThingPark platform, delays were experienced due to an internal database performance issue.
While packets continued to be properly forwarded to application servers (via Tunnel API or IoT-Flow), they were not displayed in Device Manager or Wireless Logger statistics between 12:30 and 14:30 UTC today.
