PREPROD - Thingpark Exchange v1.5.4 rollout from 2025-09-03 12:00 UTC to 2025-09-03 13:00 UTC

Actility Network Operations is going to upgrade TEX to v1.5.4 on Thingpark Exchange PREPROD platform.

This upgrade improves logs search in UI and UDR generation.
RanConnector is updated to support Backend Interface 1.1 (in addition to Backend Interface 1.0).

No service impact expected.
