Actility Network Operations is going to upgrade TEX to v1.5.4 on Thingpark Exchange PREPROD platform.

This upgrade improves logs search in UI and UDR generation.
RanConnector is updated to support Backend Interface 1.1 (in addition to Backend Interface 1.0).
