COMMUNITY UPDATE - PARTIAL ROLLBACK to FUOTA v1.5.4

FUOTA service has been partially rolled back from version 1.5.5 to version 1.5.4 due to a bug found this morning.
Ticket reference is FOTA-593 RMC Agent v1 crashes - SIGSEGV after receiving report for DataFragment

A hotfix has been delivered by R&D. The hotfix is under validation.
Target is to install the hotfix on FUOTA ECO platform tomorrow (Dec 19th).
